Mithra Systems has partnered with Crate & Co. to handle order logistics. The work to connect our Salesforce org to their platform is tracked on the CCI board. It runs in both directions:

• Outbound - our org calls Crate & Co. to place, read and change orders.
• Inbound - Crate & Co. calls back into our org to read and update records.
